<image:title>Home - Grief & Loss</image:title>
<image:caption>Meet Lisa Lisa was married to her late husband Eddie for eight-years. Due to the chronic illness of her spouse, his health unexpectedly declined, and he passed away. Lisa immediately started going through deep grief over his death. She truly loved Eddie with all her heart and knew he was her soulmate since their first date. She missed him terribly. Mostly his laugh, joy for caring for others, and sense of adventure. She missed him as a person and being able to share her love with him. Lisa started having feelings of guilt and regret about decisions she allowed him to make pertaining to maintaining his health. Her grief fluctuated in waves from grateful memories and experiences they shared, to regular crying episodes, feelings of lonesomeness, and symptoms of depression. Solution: Until Lisa decides to embrace her emotions and start implementing a healthy process in her grieving and loss journey, she will likely continue to be stuck in feelings of regret and guilt.</image:caption>
